Kurobox boots 2.6.15!

New Gentoo Section

Big changes are coming to the wiki. In an attempt to organize the wiki all of the Gentoo related items will be kept in a separate area. This area is changing as fast as I can make changes. If a Gentoo related article is missing, please check here as they will all eventually be filed in the new area.

New Fedora Core Section

Here comes the second of hopefully many areas dedicated to specific operating systems on the Kuro Box. Like the title says, This section is for those who choose to install the Fedora Core operating system on their Kuro.

larwe starts a new series of articles over on the IBM DeveloperWorks site, looking at Robots and Network Appliances on a shoestring, using the Kuro-Box as a development board or target for x86 to PPC migration.

Peter Seebach critiques the good, the bad and the funky about the Kuro-Box, over on the IBM DeveloperWorks site: PowerPC development from the bargain basement.

It is a review of the installed software and not, say the Gentoo movement, but hey none the less it is a good read.
